Daniel Joseph Higgins, H.M. Customs, Echuca, eldest son of Edward Higgins, Esq., J.P., of Mokoan, Benalla, to Janie Sabbett Studdert, only surviving daughter of Mrs. William Studdert Welsh, of Cor-bally, Mokoan.

Kew Green, Surrey, England, Henrietta, the dearly-

beloved wife of C. F. Cumming, Esq., late Police Magistrate at Goondiwindi, Queensland, and youngest daughter of the late Richard S. White, Esq., of Tavistock Square and Lincoln's Inn Fields,
