BENNETT & FISHER LIMITED report- a tremendously successful sale of residenial sites this afternoon at DUN-LEATH,- Glenelg. . The public fully realised the value of the choice sites .offered, and the mar-. quee provided was incapable of coping with the large attendance. Every allotment, numbering -85, was sold after keen bidding, and the total purchases amounted to £24,067. The prices obtained in the various streets were as follow:—- . Brighton road— All frontages, £10 pec foot. Fortrose street— £5 to £5 10/ per foot. Maxwell terrace— £4 15/ tq £5 15/ per foot. Malcolm streefc-£4 1/ to - £5 7/ per foot.
