The valuable horse stock includes two first-class

mares by Old Prince Charlie, one of them in foal to Mount Wellington ; heavy draught horse, six years old ; filly, three years old, by Heather Jock ; and three year-old colt by Sir William Wallace, from Tasmanian mares; 2 fillies and one colt by Blackleg ; bay cob by Premier and brown filly by Mormon, both good in saddle and single and double harness; one three and one two year old filly by Mormon, un- broken ; and light-harness mare.

The other live stock includes 12 pigs and lot

Brahma-pootra fowls, and the farm produce consists of about 150 bushels prime seed oats, stack old hay, sound; about 7 tons rye grass and clover do, and 20 tons straw; 1½ tons superior cheese, in lots to suit.

The cheese-making and farming plant comprises

Anderson's patent cheese labour economiser complete (plan to be seen at the makers', 84 Queen-street) ; copper steam boiler with piping and connexions ; largo curd crusher, with heating and cooling apparatus ; 3 double and 4 single iron cheese presses, 2 large oak vats, 30 cheese vats, assorted sizes ; curd coolers, cutters, and grinders ; Avery's weighing machine, hand churns, milk buckets and dishes, 5 milk tins, 13gal. each; force pump and waterwheel, with 500ft. 1½in. iron piping; 400gal. iron tank, 2 iron ploughs, zigzag furrows, cart and plough har-ness, dray, &c.

Among the sundries will be found four seated family

buggy, quite new, with pole and shafts ; wag-gonette; double, single, and tandem harness; 2 saddles and bridles, lot spouting and shelving, 2 guns, needle rifle, Admiral Fitzroy's prize barometer, carpenters' tools, and household furniture.

Half-acre allotment, adjoining the shire office in

Romsey township, with four-roomed house and other improvements.
