Death of Earl Of Stradbroke

LONDON, Saturday.— The Earl of Stradbroke, Governor of Victoria from 1920 to 1926, died today. He was 85. He served in World War I. in Prance, Egypt, and Palestine. The, Earl was a prominent Freemason. He was Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of Victoria from 1922 to 1926. He was Grand Master of the Mark Masons of England from 1943. Lord Stradbroke was formerly A.D.C. to King Edward VTL. later to King George V. His heir is 44year-old Lieutenant-CommanderViscount Viscount Dunwich, R.N. (retired). He will be the fourth earl.
