Tulyar NotTo RaceLONDON, LONDON, Tues.-The Irish Government has reversed the decision of the Irish National Stud to allow Tulyar to race this season. The board of the National Stud had formulated a policy which would have allowed the famous racehorse to be raced against horses of his own age. However, it was made clear yesterday that the Government was not prepared to take a risk with a stayer for whom it had paid £250.000 sterling (£A 312,500).
