JOHN L. YOUNG'S OLD SCHOLARS' ASSOCIATION.

A reunion of members of John L. Young's Old Scholars' Association was held at St. \ Helen's, Pros n«.K last Saturday afternoon, to

welcome Miss Edith Young (daughter of the late Mr. John L. Young) on her re turn to South Australia, after several years' absence. Many o£ the past.- and present leading citizens of Adelaide were educated at Mr. Young's school, which was in its day the chief educational, insti

tution in the city, but was closed 45 years ago. Numerous pleasing and interesting instances of school life were recalled, at the reunion.
