SWEPT FROM SHIP AND DROWNED SYDNEY.-The master of a trawler was drowned yesterday when le was caught in a net and swept overboard off Gabo Island. He was Captain W. Smith, of the trawler Samuel Benbow. The crew was shooting the trawl net off Gabo Island when Capt. Smith became entangled . in it and was carried into the sea.
