THE VULCAN DISASTER.

NO BLAME ATTACHED TO ANYBODY.

Melbourne, November 14.

On Friday it is probable that the report of the evidence taken by (Commander Colquohoun's board of enquiry into the cir-cumstances attending the Vulcan disaster, which led to the death of the young man Leslie Goodsir, will be made public. The board finds that no precaution could have prevented the swamping of the vessel, that the officers and men were loyal and effi-cient, that the boat had its full comple-ment of crew, and that no blame, so far as the board can discover, can be attachable to anybody.
