STURT VERSUS GLENELG.

The newly-formed Glenelg club paid a visit to the Unley Oval on Saturday and played against a second 16 of the Sturt club. The Glenelg's were a disadvantage, inasmuch as they have to practise on a tennis court, which does not, of course, play as truly as a proper green. However, their own green will. be ready next season, and on Saturday they showed promise of form that should before long make them formid-able competitors to some of the older teams. Chabrel played especially well, and his defeat of Shierlaw was a good performance. Wooldridge also did well, and there are several others who may be expected to become

first-class bowlers. Sturt won by 32 points<and on three rinks. Scores:
