Bequeathed Body To Anatomy School

BRISBANE, April 24.

A year after his death, the body at Captain Arthur Goode, of the 3rd Aus-tralian General Hospital. Australian Army Medical Corps, A.I.F. was cre-

mated to day at the Brisbane crema-torium. Captain Goode, who was an inmate of the Rosemount Hospital for three months before his death. left directions in his will that his body be given to the School of Anatomy of the Medical Faculty of the Queensland University for 12 months. Bom at Canowie Station. South Australia, in 1870, be practised as a doctor at Terowie and Peterborough. He relinquished regular practice in 1929. and came to Queensland, acting as locum tenens in many districts. He was Instrumental in the establishment of a hospital at Mount Isa.
