MARRIED. On the 5th inst., at the residence of the Manager of the South Australian Company, by the Rev. T. Q. Stow, Mr G. M. Waterhouse, merchant, of this city, to Lydia, daughter of William Giles, Esq., also of Adelaide. DIED. On the 6th inst., of consumption, Julia, third daughter of the Rev. Thomas Waite, of Millbank, aged 18. On Friday morning at his residence Unley, of consumption, after a lingering illness, Mr William Ewens, aged 38 years, leaving a widow and large family to lament his loss. The deceased was a native of Chichester, and a chorister of the Cathedral for several years ; he was also an old and much respected colonist, and has died greatly regretted by a large circle ot friends. His funeral will take place on Sunday morning, when it is the intention of his brother Odd Fellows, and the members ot the Choral Society to follow him to the grave.
