The lacrosse minor round ended on Satnrdasr with the elimination of North Adelaide, which was brilliantly beaten by Brighton by five goals. Although Sturt made the four, it did not look like a major round team after the first quarter. It was beaten 28—3 by East Torrens. Port Adelaide won its matches In all five grades — two were semifinals— and has qualified for the major round In all grades.
