FOOTBALL. D. Cronin Reappointed Coach. D. Cronin, who has been the East Perth' Football Club's coach for the past two seasons, has been reappointed for the 1941 season. He acted as playing coach until a leg injury forced him to stop playing early last season. Cronin thus terminated a record sequence as captain of East Perth, beginning in 1936. Had he not been reappointed coach this year he would have started a career as an umpire. Messrs. J. C. Healy and J. F. Ledger have been appointed vice-presidents, Messrs. F. D. Book and S. Glance delegates, Messrs. W. C. Thomas and C. King proxy delegates and Mr. Glance assistant secretary. It is proposed to hold the annual reunion in the Trades Hall on March 20 and to begin training on March 25.
