THUNDERSTORM DAMAGE MORAWA,. Nov. 24: Thunderstorms on Monday and Tuesday did considerable damage throughout the district. There was 150 points of rain at East Morawa on Monday, followed by four inches on Tuesday, and at East Pintharuka two inches on Monday and five to six inches on Tuesday. Forty sheep belonging to Mr. N. Keeling, of Pintharuka, were drowned. Others lost much fencing. and hail did a lot of damage at some places. Harvesting is at a standstill on most farms.
