[From our Special Reporter]

Port Darwin. Februarv 22.

The Ministerial party starts to-morrow on a tour inland. Mr. G. T. Bean returns to-day in the Cat-terthun, having finished the preparations for

a sugar plantation adjoining the Delissaville for an Adelaide Company. A Chinese merchant is arranging to intro-duce two thousand Chinese, who will hire themselves to the planters at £1 per week. The sugar-cane is backward, but healthy and free from ants. The Catterthun has arrived from Singapore.
