a.A. 1-acbosse Associatioit.— The adjourned annual meetibg of this Association was held at the Prince Alfred Hoial on Thursday evening. Delegates from nearly

all ot the c UC8 were present;, including tne newly foimed University Club. At the firs) meeting of the Aasociation earlier in the week the Biverton and Port Germein Clubs were admitted into the Association, which now consists of eight clubs. The Secretary's report was adopted. Regret was expressed that the Noailanga Clab was likely to be disbanded owing to a number of the old players having removed from the district. It was decided to encanrage the Noarlungaa to try and avoid a dissolution. The Secretary intimated that be had wriitan to the Victorian Association urging that a team aboold ba sent to Adelaide during the ensuing season, and the meeting approved of Mr. Fowler's action in the matter. It was decided to comaiunicate with kindred Associations in Australia oi the Bubject of adopting & uniform get of playing rales for the whole cf the colonies. Preliminary steps were taken with a view of arranging a trip through the North at Eaater time for representatives of city clubs. Numei'oua alterations were made to tha rules which are to be k printed. The meeting decided to appoint a Tatron, President, and Chairman, Lord Kintore, His Worship the Mayor, and Mr. F. B. Grundy being selected for the respective positions.
