EAST FREMANTLE OUTCLASSED. Faster to the ball and more determined in attack, Perth easily defeated East Fremantle at the W.AC.A. ground on Saturday. East Fremantle had the advan-tage of the wind in the first quarter but Perth, settling down quickly to a fast, steady game, more than held its own. The final scores were:— Perth .. .. .. .. .. .. .. 10.19 (79pts.) East Fremantle .. .. .. 4.9 (33pts.) Goal-kickers.—Perth: Grigg (2), Oli-phant (2), McKenzie (2), Gook, Keightley, Henfry and Williams. East Fremantle: G. Doig (2). Ebbs and McGlinn. The combination between Robertson and Fitzgerald was a feature of Perth's game. Oliphant and Grigg were out-standing in a strong ruck while others to do well were Love, Puddey and E. Ransom. C. Doig made few mistakes at centre-half-back for East Fremantle. Seubert and Donegan showed excellent form in the second half, the best of the others being Gabrielson, Taylor, Ebbs and J. Clark.
