BIRTHS. BILLINGHURST.-On the 1st April, at North-terrace, Adelaide, the wife of Harry Billinghurst, of a son. MULES.— On the SOth Marcb, the wife of H3wkes Males, of a son. KERR. — On the 1st April, at Caltowie, the wife of A. Kerr, of a son. DEATHS. MILLER.— On the 6th March, at her residence, after a short and painful illness, Mary Elizabeth, the wife of John Miller, and only daughter of the late George Brown, of Willaston, ageed 36 years. YOUNG.— On the 6th April, at Stirling West, Martha Paynter Young, of Moseley-street, Glenelg, relict of the late John L. Young, aged 57 years. THYER.— On the 1st April at her residence, Mount Pleasant, after a long and painful illness, Sarah, the beloved wife of Mr. Joseph Thyer, aged 82 years 10 months. A colonist of 49 years, and much respected by a large circle of friends. POWELL.— On the 5th April, at National Bank, dare, of shock and exhaustion from severe scald ing, Gladys Emily, fourth daughter of T. E. and M. E. Powell, ased 4 years and 0 months. MACKMAN.-On the 6th April, at Adelaide street, Maylands, Rose, the beloved wife of J. Mackman, and youngest daughter of G. and M. A. Morris, Tipton, Birmingham. Home papers please copy.
