A PRIVATE INTERMENT

. The remains of the Earl of Ypres will be conveyed on May 25 by motor hearse from Ôèal to Golders Green, for cremation. Tlie ashes will remain over-night in the Parish Guard's chapel at Wellington Barracks. There will be a funeral service afc Westminster Abbey j at 5.30 p.m. on May 26, followed by a

?military procession ito Victoria Station I in which six battalions of infantry, one

battery of artillery, eight squadrons bf oavalry aiid a detachment from the Navjr -will participate. The interment, at Ripple (Kent), the birthplace of the ¡Earl of Ypres, will h© a private one.
