M. Lenin advised Bela Kun not to use terrorism, stating that the Russian ex¡ perience showed that terrorism could

not be discharged when once- enforced, i Bela Kun, in a message- to Vienna, or-dered the revolutionary tribunals to work with the fullest severity, and said: "No mercy will be shown. I have signed the death warrants to-day of all the counter-revolut-\->nary leaders, prin-

cipally ex-officers, and intend to wipe; out the opposition with blood.''

Bela Kun claims that Hungarian Sovietism has beeri finally established, but admits that the counter movement at

Madame Bela Kun. with a largo, amount of money # and trunks, Paris dresses, jewellery, «nd many servant«, has arrived at the Franco-Swiss fron-tier, but was refused entry to France.

says that the "Little Five," as the Council of Foreign Secretaries is called, has decided, after long discussion, that it is impossible to recognise or nego-tiate with Bela Kuns' Government, in view of its anarchistic terrorism and autocrate methods. Thp blockade will continue against Hungary, though it is admitted it does not affect the minority rulers, who seize whatever foodstuffs and materials they require.
