IMPORTANT SALE OF LANDED PROPERTY AT PORT ADRLATDE.

Elders Wool and Produce Company report having sold by public auction on Friday. August 14, on account of the estate of the late George Hall, the following valuable property at Port Adelaide:—

Allotment 75, having 121 feet of wharf frontage, with 215 feet frontage to Honey-street and 126 feet frontage to Fussell-street, under lease to July 1. 1886, to the Commercial Wharf Company, and forming the northern part of their wharf'; also. Allotments Nos. 82, 83, and 84, having 214 feet frontage to Fussell-street, 92 feet frontage to Curriestreet, and 219 feet frontage to Hall-street. The whole of the property was offered in one line, and after keen competition from several buyers was knocked down lor £12,500 to Messrs. John Dunn and Co., who intend erecting a flourmill on the site.
