BIRTHS ESSE.— On the 27th November, at Waikerie Station, River Murray, the wife of Herbert C. Esse, of a son; both doing well. COOMBS.— On tbe 26th November, the wife of Fred Coombs, of a son. -MARRIAGES HARRIS—MILDREN.— On the 8th October, at the Bible Christian Chapel, Booleroo Centre, by theBev. G.' J. Sampson, William, eldest son of Francis Harris, of Booleroo, to Alice, third daughter of W. BL Mildren, of Booleroo. DEATHS. HARWOOD.— On the 2nd December, at the resi dence of Mr. T. W. Green, Kensington Park, James Campbell Harwood, aged 53, late of Wilcannia, and formerly of Wellington, River Murray. GALLEY.— On the 2nd December, at her resi dence, Mowbray Lodge, Norwood, Rosalind Anne, third daughter of the late George Miller Galley, aged 23 years. GREGORY.— On the 23rd November, at Mount Pleasant, of heart disease, William James, fourth beloved son of Bobert and Mary Ann Gregory ; aged 9 years and 9 months. Not lost, but gone before. McKENZIE.— On the 25th November, at his son's residence, - Minlaton, Alexander McKenzie, the beloved, husband of Elspet -McKenzie, in the 64th year of his age, leaving a widow, six sons, two daughters, and twenty grandchildren to mourn their loss; a colonist of thirty-seven years, and much respected by all who knew him. RAVEN.— On the 2nd December, at the Adelaide Hospital, James Robert Raven, suddenly, through an accident, aged 18 years. WATTS.-On the 28th November, at Adelaide, Alfred Watts, aged 69 years. - Deeply deplored. CRAWFORD.— On the 2nd December, at Albert street, Semaphore, John James Crawford, aged 33, eldest surviving son of the late John Crawford, Alva, Scotland.
