ADAIR— HOPKINS.-On the 19th July, by licence, at St Barnabas' Church, Clare, by the Rev. J. A. Boake, William Adair, only surviving son of Mr. William Adair, of Glen Osmond, to Jacintha Hopkins, eldest daughter of Mr. E. Hopkins, Blyth Plains. GUNN— JONES.— On the 2nd August, at Christchurch, North Adelaide, by the Ven. Archdeacon Marryat, William Bartholomew, son of Mr. William Gunn, Wentworth, New South Wales, to Sarah Abigail, youngest daughter of Mr. Charles Jones, of Clare. DEATHS. JELLETT. — Oc the 5th August, at his residence, Norwood, Thomas Jellett, aged 54 years. A colonist of 37 years. HUBBLE.— On the 5th August, at Stanley street; North Adelaide, Jane, the beloved wife of William Hubble, aged 54 years. POLHILL.— On the 5th August, at her residence, Lefevre-terrace, North Adelaide, Catherine Stuart Polhill, widow of the late Edward Polhill, in her 41st year. PERRY.— On the 5th August, at the residence of her son-in-law, Robert Main, of gastric fever and congestion of the lungs, Mary Ann, the beloved wife of Charles Augustus Perry, of Kensington, in the 60th year of her age. WEDLOCK.— On the 1st August, at Hindley street west, of bronchitis, Sarah Helen, the infant daughter of James and Sarah Ann Wed-lock, aged six weeks. WOOD.— On the 6th August, at his residence, Buxton-street, North Adelaide, after a long and painful illness, Frederick Metham Wood, in his 57th year. A colonist of 27 years. He sleeps in Jesus. GILES.— On the 5th August, at Beaumont, Emily Elizabeth, widow of William Giles, late Manager South Australian Company, aged 62 years.
