Will Mahoney. Will Mahoney made a hit with Australian picturegoers in that successful English : comedy, 'Said ' O'Reilly to McNab,' in which he was co-starred with Will Fyffe, and more recently he was seen on the stage of Australian film houses in a celebrity vaudeville act. He will begin work on his Cinesound film at the Waverley Studios towards the end of this month, and it is ex

pected that actual camera work will take about six weeks. As yet untitled, the story casts Will as 'a little man with a big punch,' whose temper overrules his better judgment at the sound of bagpipes. While the Cinesound builders are busily engaged upon construction of sets for the Mahoney film, editors are piecing together the sequences for 'Gone to the Dogs,' the George Wallace starring feature just finished before the cameras. 'Gone to the Dogs' will be ready for the screen in about four weeks, and will be released whilst Mr. Ken G. Hall is again engaged upon creating more - laughter for Australians with the creator of 'She's My Lily.'
