FAX.— On thelut May, at Kins William-street south, the wife of Mr. T. Fax, jun., of a daughter. MARRIAGES. SMART-WATSON-On the 29th April, at the Conregational Chapel. Salisbury, by the Rev. Mr. Fergusson, John, third son of Mr. John Smart, of Craiglee, Golden Grove, to Isabella, eldest daughter of the late Mr. John Watson, of Devizes, Wiltshire. BRADFORD-SCOTT.-On the 30th April, at Sturt Grove, by the Rev. John Gardner, William, second son of John Bradford, Esq., to Anne, eldest daughter of the late Captain James Scott, Liverpool. ROBINSON-LITTLE-On the 1st May by licence, at the residence of the bride's father, by the Rev. H. Cole, William, eldest son of Mr. George Robinson, of Crewe Farm, Alma Plains, to Violet, second daughter of Mr. Peter Little, farmer, of Golden Grove. DEATHS. BARNETT.-On the 9th April, atKapnnda (late of Nairne), John Barnett, son of the late Charles Bunett, of Nairne, after a very short illness, aged 27 years. SEVIOUR.-On the 20th April, at his residence, Nairne, Richard Seviour, aged 75 years, after a long illness. Deceased was a colonist of 27 years, and much respected. Sussex papers please copy. ROBERTSON,- On the 23rd April, at Touquililla. of typhoid fever, William Wise, eldestson of Robert and Anne Robertson, aged 14 years. CARTER.—On the 29th April, at North Ade-laide, of typhus fever, Susan, the beloved daughter of Joseph and Margaret Carter, aged 12 years. May she rest in peace. CLARK.-On the 1st May, at Hazelwood Cottage, near Adelaide, Marion Howard, daughter of John Howard Clark, aged seven months.
