given in a prospectus Issued oy commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation (Q'land), Pty., Ltd. The company was formed by the Australian Broadcasting Company PtTi Ltd., which acquired the station from Chandler and Company. The actual purchase price payable to the vendors was £48,200, but £1800 additional was paid for land at Oxley. Chandlers received £10,700 in cash, and a debenturs was given for £37.500.
