Grazing Country, every acre of which possesses fattening properties of the very highest order, having frontages on the Murchison and Woorramel of 75 miles on either side of the rivers, with 45 wells, giving a never failing supply of water at an average depth of 10 feet.

The Stock consists of about 14,730 mixed Sheep, which for years have been most carefully classed (as the results of "Bundarra" wool will show.)

The Station, of which one half interest will be sold, is to be taken as having 14,730 Sheep only (more or less) with about 15 head of Cattle, 43 head of Horses, Household Furniture, Stores, 1 2-horse power Works, 1 Flood's 5in. Water Lift, 2 Waggons, 2 Drays. 2 Express Waggons, 1 Spring Cart, Harness for 20 Horses, Saddles, Bridles, etc., etc., in fact, every requisite for the working of a complete Station.

PERTH ROADS BOARD.

Boord up to 2 p.m. on SATURDAY, MARCH 19. 1887, from persons willing to undertake the following works, viz. :-To supply and deliver 400 cubic yards (more or less) of broken Bluestone on the Perth Causeway Bridges, the stone to be broken to li gauge, and to spread the same as directed by the Board. Sample of stone will be required.

Also to supply and deliver and spread on the Perth Causeway Bridges 500 cubic yards (more or less) of coarse Iron Stone Gravel from the 6-mile camp, York Green Mount, or Smith's Mill.

Also, as no satisfactory tenders were received for the blocking on the West Guildford road, fresh tenders are invited to supply and lay 50Ó yards (more or less) Jarrah Blocks on the West Guildford road. The Blocks to be eight inches m depth, the earth to be removed to a depth of twelve (12) inches. Blocks w eil and firmly laid. Tenderers to state the shortest time for comple-tion of each Tender.

The Board do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender, and will require the guarantee of two responsible persons for the due performance of the contracts.

chapter 35 intituled " An act to further* amend the law of Property and to relieve Trustees " (adopted in the colony of Western Australia by an ordinance of the said colony the 31st Victoria No. 8), that all persons having any claim or demands upon or against the estate of William Thomas, late of Sharks Bay, pearler, deceased who died on the 27th day of May, 1886, and whose will was proved by Ellen Thomas and Frederick Jones, the executrix and executor, therein named on the 14th day of Septembee, 1886, in the Supreme Court of Western Austra-lia in its ecclesiastical jurisdiction, are hereby required to send in particulars of then- debts and claims to the undersigned their solicitor, on or before the 31st day of MARCH, 1837. And notice is hereby also given that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said William Thomas, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they sholl then have had notice, and that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so dis-tributed to any person of whose debt or claim they sholl not have hod notice.

whereabouts of JAMES CHAMBERS (son of the late William Chambers of Yardley-in the county of Worcester, England, Farmer) who left Birmingham, England, about the year 1850, and was lost heard of near Perth, Western Australia, in the year 18G9, when he left there with the intention of going to New Zealand. If living, or satisfactory proof of his death if dead, will be suitably rewarded on applying to the un-dersigned.
