instructions from Mr. H. G. Lefroy, Carnarvon, te SELL the above Station by PUBLIC AUCTION at tho Builders' Ex-change, St. George's-terrace, -Perth.

The Station comprises in all 210,000 Acres of Leasehold Land, and is situated about 110 miles from Carnarvon.

Together with the Property will be soldMIXED SHEEP. 6,000 MIXED SHEEP. MIXED CATTLE, 4S MIXED CATTLE. HORSES. 13 HORSES.

Remarks.

The country consists of soft and cathead

spinifex jam fiats, with plenty of top feed,, also saltbush and other edible bushes.

? The Station is divided into three sheep paddocks, and ona horse paddock. The other improvements consist of 7 wells, two with windmills, tanks, troughing, and two worked with a windlass. There are also come springs on the property.

A two-roomed House has been erected, bush shearing shed, drafting yards, etc.

This property is at the present moment only about one-third developed, and when properly improved would carry easily 20,000 sheep.

Of course with tho station will be sold, the usual station plant, -such as waggons, drays, harness, blacksmith's tools, drills, tanks, boring plant, etc.

DALGETY and CO., LTD., have received

instructions from the Executor in the Estate of tho late Andrew Dempster to SELL the above Station by PUBLIC AUC-TION, at the Builders' Exchange, St. George's-terrace, Perth, as above.

The station comprises 800,000 acres of leasehold country, and together with tame will be sold

12,000 Mixed sheep.

Particulars :

Tho above station is situated on the Mur-chison, and the improvements are as fol-low:-About 226 miles of fencing, also 100 miles of boandaries on the west side sur-veyed and marked with posts, good home-stead (6 rooms, verandah all round, stone end brick). 1 good stone shearing shed, kit-chen, men s hut, blacksmith's shop, and all other necessary outbuildings. The property is splendidly watered by 16 wells with wind-mills, tanks, and troughs complete: besides these there aro also 22 additional wells. The ucual station plant will, of course, be sold with the property, which is too well known to need any further comment.
