EVACUATION OF C5RFU Athens, Sept. 28. The return of the Italian fleet to Corfu was due to the fact that the fifty million lire deposited in a Swiss bank were at the disposal of the Hague tribunal and the bank refused to transfer the money to Rome without the authority of the Greek National Bank, which was given yesterday evening.--(Reuter). Corfu, Sept. 30. The Italian fleet, all except one destroyer, has now departed.(Reuter). SRome, Sept. 29. It is announced that Sgr. Mussolini, with the view of demonstrating that the fifty million lire has been obtained from, Greece primarilv as political and moral punishmenrt. and not for material gain, has decided immediately to grant ten million of it for the relief of the Greek and Armenian refugees housed in Corfu" and elsewhere in Gr'eece.-(Reuter). London, Sept. 30: In lter reply to the Ambassadors' decision that she must pay as well as make efforts to find the authors of the Janina crime. Greece pleads that abe could nut pursue her investigations in, Albania where it is believed that the criminals are. She adds :-"The inflicting of a fine has produced a painful impression, as the people had confidence in the Great Powers, three out of four of whose representatives thought that Greece was not responsible."
