ALBANIAN ACTION London. Sept. 7. The "Daily Telegraph" diplomatic correspondent says:-"The Albanian Government sent the Allies an ex-traordinary intimation, refusing to allow any inqury by the Ambassa-dors' Conference into the circum-stances surrounding General Telli- ni's murder. The Albanian reply made the worst possible impression on the members of the Ambassadors Conference. A French diplomat sald that if necessary the Allied de-tachment would be used to compel the Albanian respect for the pro-posed commission of inquiry in Lon-don. This strange incident has aroused doubts respecting the na-tionality of the murderers; 4eced the attitude of Albania tends to confirm the Greek contention that the murders may have been Albanian bandits on the Greek side of the border."
