DOHERTY.—On the 13th April, at his son's resi-dence, Burramine South, Victoria, John Doherty, aged 67 years, father of Martin Doherty, Port Ade-laide. PATTERSON.—On the 10th April, at his resi-dence, Lostwithiel, near Kooringa, of congestion of the lungs, James Mills Patterson, in the 68th year of his age. Scotch papers kindly copy.
