COOROW HOTEL.

New Building Cost £13,000.

From plans prepared by Messrs. Eales, Cohen and Bennett, architects, the Coorow Hotel has been erected at a cost of £13.000 for Mr. A. B. Gloster. The build-

ing is constructed in cement blocks and brick, and comprises two storeys. Accommodation on the ground floor in-cludes a central staircase, a hall, a smoke room, saloon and public bars, office, com-mercial room, and a kitchen wing. Ten single and five double- bedrooms have been provided on the second floor, opening on to balconies at the front and rear. Sec-ondary- buildings include a laundry, sam-ple rooms, a cordial room, and garages. The premises are sewered, and hot and cold water are laid on to each bedroom. An electric lighting plant has been in stalled.
