. The commission appointed with' reference to the. identity of* William Creswell, a patient at the Parramatta Lunatic Asylum, with Sir Hoger Tichborne continued its sittings to-day. Bridget Wivas stated that while a servant in a house at Woollahra there was a man servant whom she de-scribed as bearing most, if not all, of the 'marks which the real Sir Boger carried, and who spoke English with a foreign 'accent. This man; proposed marriage to her, which she declined. He then told her that he was a nobleman's son, adding that . he ran ¿way from Stonyhurst College when
