LATE SIR SIDNEY KIDMAN.

Big Attendance at Funeral.

ADELAIDE, Sept. 3.— The remains of the late Sir Sidney Kidman, who died at his home, Eringa, Millswood, yesterday afternoon, were interred in the Mitcham

cemetery this afternoon in the presence of hundreds of mourners. About 250 messages of condolence were received by the family from all parts of Australia and there were more than 200 wreaths, includ ing many from outback stations and the Australian Inland Mission. Among those at the funeral were representatives of all classes of the community, besides many old personal friends and business associates. The pall-bearers were the late Sir Sidney's sons-in-law-Mr. Sidney Reid, Captain Nelson Clover and Mr. Sidney Ayers— Sir Sidney's secretary (Mr. H. J. Bird), the managing director of Bennett and Fisher, Ltd. (Mr. Hugh Davis), and the managing director of Coles Bros, Ltd. (Mr. Ross Coles). The Rev. L. E. Bradbury, of Vardon Memorial Church, King's Park, conducted the burial service.
