NEW HOTEL AT MUNTADGIN.

A special sitting of the York Licensing Court was held in Perth yesterday, the Bench comprising Messrs. J. Lyon John-ston (chairman), M. J. Cahill. and G.

Taylor, when an application was made by Colin Geoffrey Elliott for a publican's gene-ral licence at Muntadgin for which a pro-visional certificate had already been grant-ed. Mr. Blanckensee (Stone, James and Co.) appeared for applicant, who gave evi-dence in support of his application. A re-port from the Police Department stated that the premises had been erected in ac-cordance with the approved plans and spe-cifications and were satisfactory. There being no objection the application was granted.
