VASSE.

Nothing worth lettering has been going on here of late, and I am at a loss to make up a

few lines even.

The Geffrard is loading at Quindalup, for Adelaide, and the Albyn's Isle at Lockville, for

New Zealand.

The weather is all that can be desired for the growth of cattle feed, and tilling the land for crops. It is pleasant to hear, that all other districts give equally satisfactory reports.

To-morrow is the day for revision of our Electoral roll, which no doubt will make our town a little more lively than it generally in.
