MURPHY. —On the 23rd February, at Brooklyn, Byron-street, Glenelg, the wife of C. A. Murphy. of a son. MARRIAGES. BLYTH — BLYTH. —On the 29th January, at St. Paul's Church, Port Adelaide, by the Rev. Canon Samwell, Arthur Trevor, eldest son of John J. Neville Blyth, of Sydney, to Beatrice Evelyn Dransfield, youngest daughter of the late W. W. Blyth, of Adelaide. DEATHS. PENDLETON. —On the 7th March, at his residence, Brighton, England, Richard Warren Pendleton, surgeon, late of Port Augusta. BUSHELL. —On the 8th March, at his residence, Kent House, Victoria-terrace, New Parkside, John Phillis, dearly beloved husband of Charlotte Bushell. A colonist of 63 years. Arrived by ship African, November 5, 1836. Loved and highly respected by all who knew him.

DEATHS. PHILLIPS. —On the 23rd January, at Mannum, Catherine Dorothy Isabel, the beloved daughter of C. W. and M. C. Phillips, aged 2 years and 2 months. NEILL. —On the 27th February, at the residence of Mrs. Sprigg, Narracoorte, Warwick Alister, younger son of T. Warwick and Lilla Neill, of Lake Roy, aged 18 months. McMAHON. —On the 7th March, at Pennington terrace, North Adelaide, the dearly beloved mother of K. and M. McMahon, and of Mrs. J. Hennessy, North Adelaide, and of Mrs. M. Hewit, of Prospect, aged 64 years. BREWESTER. —On the 27th February, at her parents' residence, Quorn, Alice, the dearly-loved wife of Enoch Brewester, and second daughter of W. Virgin, aged 28 years, leaving husband and three children to mourn their loss. ALLEN. —On the 4th March, at Port Pirie, Joan Henry, the infant son of J. D. Allen and E. S. Allen, aged 1 year and 7 months. An earthly bud gone to bloom in Heaven. IN MEMORIAM. SPENCER. —In loving memory of John Spencer, beloved father of Annie Radford, who died at Norwood, March 9th, 1897.
