"BLUEY AND CURLEY" IN CAMPERDOWN R.S.L. CLUBROOM.

TWO framed original "Bluey and Ciuiey" drawings by Alex Gurney, of "The Sun," will in future adorn the walls of the Camperdown R.S.L. clubroom. The presentation of these was made, on behalf of the artist, at Friday's Diggers' meeting, by Mr J. W. Smith, who said one of the pictures had been given to the branch and the other to the Dads' Association. Thanking the donor, also the Dads, the president (Mr P. Hyland) said the pictures were most fitting, and something members would always appreciate. They were very fortunate to have original drawings of two characters, who never failed to raise a laugh. Similar gifts for the clubroom, from others interested, would be appreciated.

Miss Florence Wyles and Mr Claude Hare will be married at St. Paul's Church of England, Camperdown, on February 6.
