COASTAL MOTOR SHIP NIMBIN.

Thc North Coast S. N. Co;'s new motor ship Nimbin left Sydney yesterday afternoon on her maiden voyage in the coastal trade. She is the first motor ship to be employed on the New South Wales coast, and will he engaged between Sydney and the Clarence River. Of 1052 tons gross register, the Nimbin was built bv Burmeinter and Wain, Copenhagen. She is 215ft ft in length, and has a beam of 35ft, and a depth of 13ft. The Nimbin arrived at Sydney on August 27, and was docked for overhaul before being placed

in commission.
