THE INDEPENDENT THEATRE,

To-night, at the Savoy Theatre, the Independent Theatre will present an original play by Frank Harvey, "False Colours." for the first of a season of Saturday night performances. The play has been produced bv William Rees under the personal direction of the author, and the cast will include Doris Fitton. Jane Conolly. John Alden. William Crates. Alfred Race. Colin Peebles. Edward Samuel. W. Harding Browne, and Peter Finch. A talk on "Theatres Abroad." by Miss Violet Roche, who has recently returned from a world tour, will be given at the Independent Theatre's clubrooms, 112 Kingstreet, on Sunday nl»ht. A studio evening of three one-act plays will be given at the clubrooms on Wednesday. May 29.
