MRS. E. H. DONDEY, of Charlton,

formerly of Elwood, announced the engagement of her daughter Paulette to Mr. Norman McHenry, of Charlton, at the annual family Christ-

mas party yesterday.

Paulette, who was at , school at Presentation Convent, and recently returned from an ex-tensive tour abroad, is a former schoolgirl tennis champion.

people in Melbourne's ballet world is the engage-ment of Miss Margaret Earl and Mr. John Austin Hiam. Margaret is a teacher of ballet at the National Theatre, and also teaches members of the Box Hill Ballet group.
