THE British executive of the "Big Brother" movement has announced that the patron (the Prince of Wales) wishes to present a signed certificate

to every "Big Brother" who has satis-factorily discharged his duties when the "Little Brother" reaches the age of 21 years, as a proof of the gratitude of the movement. The suggestion was adopted.
