REGAN MAY AGAIN BE FULL BACK
AT COLLINGWOOD
Jack Regan, one of the best full backs in the game before he enlisted, is training so well that he may again be Collingwood's full back. This
despite the fact that he is aged 33 years, and first played in 1930. F i t z g e raid, who played .there last year, has not yet found his form, and may go to a half- back position. Whelan is also excelling, and may be in the centre for the opening game.
M. WHELAN
On present form Knorr, of Ivan-hoe, seems likely to be the only new-comer with a chance of breaking into the first game.
F. Galbally had been training well, but has a knee injury which may keep him back.
Richards and Mann are two of the regulars who are showing better form than the others. Wallis, sounder and faster than last year, is another to do well.
Hocking, Noonan, Sullivan, and Fothergill are training nicely, but Kyne and Campbell are not yet back
to form.
Ted Ryan and Moore are on the injured list. They will not play in the practice game tomorrow, and may lose their chances of playing in the opening game.
