With a capital of £50,000, clnesound Productions, Ltd., has been registered in Sydney for the purpose of producing Aus-tralian pictures. It Is stated that six pictures will be produced annually. First stories to be adapted for the screen by the new company are likely to be a story based on "Cou of the Coral Seas." "For the Term of his Natural Life," "The Pioneers," and "Tall Timbers." It Is In-tended to adopt the policy of producing some of the pictures in Brisbane and other States from time to time, so that each State will have an opportunity of getting xlts quota of film work employment4 The new company will continue the production of Capt. Frank Hurley's "Artmaster" serles, which, In future, will be made into feature-length pictures.
