young BAY HORSE, about two years old, small star on the forehead, and tail docked, with lash on. Also, a Bay Mare on last Sunday Morning, with long tail, no other visible mark, and appeared to be much fatigued.- The Owners of the above Horses will find them by application to me, opposite Parramatta Toll-bar. rietta, requests Claims to be presented; those in-

in the Active, requests all Claims to be pre-

sented.

WHEREAS on Saturday night last, the 16th in-

stant, as Aaron Birch, a youth of 16 years of age, was riding in to Sydney, he was stopped, and knocked off the Mare he rode near Long Cove Bridge, by a Villain armed with a bludgeon, who beat him in a most violent manner after he had fallen to the ground, and leaving bim in a state of insensibJity, took away the Mare as is supposed, as she has not-since been found.- Twenty Shillings will be paid to any Person restoring her to the undersigned, No. 20, York-street. She is a bright Bay Mare, aged, about la hands high, with collar marks on the shoulder, and spotted on the back, and had on a half worn saddle, with cart'bridle, marked with the letter B.- If found in possession of any person or persons after this Notice, he or they will be prosecuted for the oifence.
