THE COMPANY SCHEME.

BRISBANE TEAMS FOR FIRST

DIVISION.

At a fully representative meeting of the Brisbane Soccer clubs last night it was decided, hy 12 votes to 3, that the first division of Brisbane Soccer should consist of eight clubs drawn from the Greater Brisbane area.

After a lengthy discussion, during which the proposal was enthusiastically sup-ported, the meeting, by 13 votes to 1, affirmed the principle of the formation of the Queensland Soccer Association,

Ltd. Mr. L. W. Chrystal, the proposed j company's solicitor, was present, and he answered questions regarding the memorandum, and articles of association of the company. A motion was carried instructing Mr. Chrystal to legalise the memorandum and articles of association, and subsequently to attend a meeting of representatives of Brisbane clubs and explain the whole scheme to them.

It was dectded that each first division ' club shall have under its control a re-serve team, and that the formation of such reserve team shall he a condition of membership by a club of the first

division.

The chairman (Mr. H. C. Moore) and the secretary (Mr. G. R. Talnton) were appointed a committee to Investigate ap-plications by second division clubs To be admitted to the first division, and make a recommendation to the B.D.F.A. on Monday night.
