WAR MEMORIAL DESIGNS.

ADELAIDE, Wednesday - On the occa-

sion of the fire a few months ago which demolished Richards's Buildings in Currie street, Adelaide, the designs which were under consideration for the national war memorial were destroyed. At a meeting of thecontrolling comittee to-day it was decided to conduct another competition for designs for the proposed memorial. It was intimated that the conditions for the com-petition would be similar to those of the previous competition.
