Train to Visit Country.

Ono of Hie mont popular features of tbe four Better Farming Train tours which have already been run by . the Railways department lina been the section of thc train dealing with domestic economy and child welfare. Many requests have been received by the Hallways department for a return visit of this section of the train to districts already visited, and applica-tions have also been received for visits to centres which have not yet been in-cluded in tho tours of thc Better Farming Train. As an experiment it has been decided to run a tour of this section of the train os an independent unit, and a number of country towns will be visited. Thc experiment is being conducted in con-junction with the Education department and the baby health centres authorities. Comprehensive lecture programmes have been arranged by experts in the various department* of domestic economy and thc child welfare section of thc train will be under the control of Sister Peek, of the Victorian Baby Health Centres Associa-tion. Tho following itinerary for the train has been arranged.

Warragul, April 16 and April 17; Thorpdale, April IS (altunioon) and April 20; Moe, April 21, Morwll, April 22 (-norning only); Mirboo North, April 23 (altcmoon) and April 24.
