pital, Thomas J. Mooney, second eldest son of late Thomas Mooney (Co-operative Butchers), and brother of William, James, and Polly Mooney. R.I.P.
SHUTE.—At his late residence, Prospect-terrace,
South Brisbane, Robert Frederick Shute, died July 16th, 1918, aged 79 years 9 months.

Frederick Payne, Elfreda-street, Kan-garoo Point, as the result of a fall off a fighter at Dalgety's Wharf, Bulimba, last evening, sustained an injury to the back and laceration of the right hand. The Ambulance Brigade rendered first aid, and conveyed him to the General Hospital.
