Brunette Downs.

In consequence of the dissolution of partnership, Brunette Downs cattle station is being placed on the market Brunette Downs comprises 5500 square miles leasehold, and is situated 200 miles west of Camooweal, in the Northern Territory. The present rent is £835/14/ per annum, with 39 years to run. It is stocked with from 39,000 to 40,000 cattle, and 900 horses, with complete working plant. The improvements, including numerous sub-artesian bores, cost nearly £45,000. It is described as magnificent country. At the same time but separately, Walhallow Downs and Eva Downs, both adjoining Brunette, and comprising 4000 square miles leasehold, practually unlocked, will be offered.
